This holiday, which we celebrate on November 4, symbolizes core moral values of our nation that is national consent and consolidation of our society.
Our country has gone through many ordeals and challenges in its history that have been overcome due to patriotism of our fellow-countrymen, their love of country and responsibility for our homeland. It is national unity at all times of our history that is the reliable base of support of our state.
I want to congratulate you on this glorious event which demonstrates the fact that people of various nationalities and beliefs stand as one nation with a shared past and a common future.
