MGGEU hosted the Second All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference «Professional Orientation of Students with Disabilities in an Inclusive Educational Environment» with the assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science on 26-27 October, 2017

The Conference gathered scientific and teaching staff members, as well as representatives of educational establishment and education authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The guests of the Conference were welcomed by Vagif Bayramov, the MGGEU Rector, Ph.D. in Sociology, Professor; Irina Manuylova, Deputy Head of the Department of  State Policy in the Sphere of Higher Education; Irina Terekhina, Deputy Head of the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Children Rights Defense; Oleg Rysev, Vice-Chairman of the All-Russian Society of Persons with Disabilities.

The conference was attended by guests from Azerbaijan and Republic of Belarus.

The plenary session was opened by Anatoly Gerasimov, the Chief Research Officer for Inclusive Education, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, who spoke on scientific and methodological support of vocational guidance for students with disabilities within multi-level education system (The Russian Ministry of Education and Science government contract performing results).

The attendees were addressed by the following conference participants: Igor Sergeev, Leading Research Worker of  FSII «FIRO» Vocational Training Centre, Senior Lecturer and Ed.D; Evgeniya Zhukova, Deputy Director of a Centre for Social, Professional and Psychological Expert-rehabilitative Diagnostics of  Federal State Budgetary Institution «FB MSE» of Ministry of   Labor of the Russian Federation; Galina Izmailova, Director of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Maikop State Technological University» Centre for Career Guidance; Elena Drobysheva, Deputy Director on Teaching and Educational Work of  State Autonomous Educational Institution «Middle School № 29» in Engels, Saratovskaya Oblast; Tatiana Bonkalo, Doctor of Psychology, Associate Professor, Moscow ; Olga Labeyko, Senior lecturer of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Economics of Baranovichi State University of Republic of Belarus; Ekaterina Voyevodina, Head of the MGGEU Sociology Department, Candidate of Sociological Sciences; Sevinj Mahsimova, Coordinator of the Center for Disabled students of Azerbaijan State University of  Economics; Svetlana Chernokozinskaya, Deputy Director on Scientific and Methodological Work of Tambov Business College; Gulshat Safiullina Supplementary Educator, Regional Chief of “Abilympics” Volunteer Centre of Kazan College of Commerce and Economics.

During the subpanel discussions the participants considered current issues and shared their views and practices on vocational guidance of students with disabilities. The results of this networking are reflected in the Resolution adopted by the Conference.
