On December 15, 2017 MGGEU conducted the second All-Russian conference «Intellectual Technologies and means for Rehabilitation and Habilitation of disabled people» (ITMR-2017).
Issues related to methodology, technology and of rehabilitation and habilitation of people with health impact assessment (HIA) were debated at the conference. The attendees discussed modern approaches to theory of philosophy, developing mathematical models of inclusive processes, cognitive-informational technologies of rehabilitation and habilitation, difficulties of cognitive convergent functional neurorehabilitation pedagogy aimed at human brain potentials expanding, and ways of obtaining additional knowledge to develop one’s intellectual capabilities.
The nature of medical robotics as a tool for compensation, development and solving problems of infrastructure organization for creating perspective cybernetic, robotic and intellectual systems as well as importance of the cognitive Internet space formation and developing web products related to smart type of facilities (e.g. Smart Cities) were also defined. The academics also considered inclusive rehabilitation, social and economic services and legal relations regulation.
