III International Conference “Intelligent Technologies and Means for Rehabilitation and Habilitation of Disabled People (ITMR-2018)»

On November 29, 2018, MGGEU, sponsored by the  Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) conducted the third international conference “Intellegence technologies, means for rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people “. The conference gathered representatives from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, China, Singapore, Tunisia, Canada.

Issues related to the current state of theoretical issues of philosophy, cognitive and informational technologies and systems, analytical models, computer systems concerned inclusive processes of rehabilitation and habilitation were debated in the conference. The nature of medical robotics as a tool for compensation and solving problems of physical disabilities, creating perspective cybernetic, robotic and intellectual systems were also defined.

The plenary session was opened by Valentina Zaitseva, Vice-Rector for Development, who mentioned the relevance of declared issues on inclusive processes of rehabilitation and habilitation. A. Nikolskiy, the head of the scientific and educational centre, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Candidate of Technical Sciences, head of the project ITMR-2018, thanked the audience for their interest to the conference issues and presented the topic: “Intellectual technologies and means of rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people”
Plenary reports were devoted to several thematic areas:

  2. Kudimov V. A. (MGGEU), Duman S. M. (State Research Centre “Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Centre of Federal. Medical-Biological Agency”). Study of the students with disabilities knowledge quality based on intellectual data mining.
  3. Kirsanov M.N. (Mechanical and Mathematical Faculty of Moscow State University). Development of vision systems.
  4. Getmanov V.G. (National Research Nuclear University). The use of local and spline approximation models for analyzing the signals of medical monitoring systems.
  5. Timofeev A.I. ( JSC National Institute of Aviation Technology). About the possibility of a new stage of development of human interaction with the external material world.
  6. Golovin V.F., Arkhipov M.V. (Moscow Polytechnic University), Samorukov A.E. (NMITSiK), Eryomushkin MA (NITSRiK). Training message techniques for manipulation robot.
  7. Liu Bo, Chen Jing (Ojha School of Foreign Languages, China), Beloglazov A. (MGGEU), Beloglazova LB (People Friendship University of Russia, Faculty of Russian Language), Beloglazova I.A. (MGGEU). Features and teaching methods of mixed groups of students with special educational needs in the conditions of the university.
  8. Bayramov E.V. (MGGEU). Application of the information intellectual system in the unified educational environment of the university when teaching students with disabilities.
  9. Bytachevskaya T.N., Soroka K.V. (Russian State University). Hyperloop is a train for everyone.

After the plenary part of the conference, the breakout sessions began their work. They addressed the following issues: theoretical issues of philosophy, cognitive information technology, mathematics, computer science in the inclusive processes of rehabilitation and habilitation; scientific and technical problems of medical cybernetics as a tool for rehabilitation and habilitation; development of the cognitive space of the Internet, creation of Internet-things, data processing centers, inclusive rehabilitation social, economic services and regulation of legal relations.

Today, on November 30, 2018, the III International Conference “Intellectual technologies, means of rehabilitation and habilitation of people with disabilities” continues its work. The program of the second day includes the work of three breakout sessions, as well as a student conference on this topic.
